As part of the Ford Integrated Tether System (FITS), I wonder how many Ford Maverick owners will actually 3D print interior accessories for their Maverick?

Last I saw, 3D printers are still pretty pricey. One would need other things to do with it other than vehicle accessories to justify the cost.

Decent 3D printers can be found for less than $500. That may be pricey, if you have no use for it, but it is a steal when you think of all the little things you can fix or replace without leaving the house or surfing the web. Speedo needles and gears that are broken or hard to find ion good shape, come to mind. And who knows what else it will come in handy for. You could even make a bunch of accessories for other maverick owners and sell them on pinterest or etsy or whatever, to offset the costs.
