I was disappointed that the new Ranger is so big. My 02 is perfect for what I needed and use it for. Seems a bit silly that Ford will be making 3 different sizes of residential pickups but I do think the Maverick will be a winner. If Ford was into planning for the future they should have named the new Ranger the Maverick and never stopped production of the old Ranger th behind with.

The new Ranger is a bit of a beast. I made the transition easily enough since the overall width and length is so similar to my 2011 but it certainly is bigger in other ways.

I went from a F150 to my Ranger and was truck happy. I kinda thought that maybe I could be buried in my Ranger since I'm 67 and this lil Truck and me are a good fit but the VA docs say I could live another 20 years but if I do I'll probably outlive my money and God knows Social Security won't last that long. But my credit is good so maybe I'll buy a new truck. What the hell...you only live once.
